Syk type direct start water pump control cabinet -- functional principle
One control two: control two water pumps 1 and 2. No. 1 and No. 2 pumps operate at the same time. When starting, after the No. 1 pump starts, the No. 2 pump will start automatically through the time relay.
One control and three control consoles: No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 water pumps. The working mode is the same as above.
One for use and one for standby: control two water pumps 1 and 2. It can work in "No. 1 main and No. 2 standby" or "No. 2 main and No. 1 standby".
Two for use and one for standby: control three water pumps 1, 2 and 3. It can work in three ways: "No. 1, No. 2 main and No. 3 standby", or "No. 2, No. 3 main and No. 1 standby", or "No. 1, No. 3 main and No. 2 standby".

Syk direct start water pump control cabinet -- common problems
1. Motor reverse
Phenomenon: the head of the water pump cannot reach the rated head, or the water output is too small, and the motor current is smaller than the rated current.
Solution: replace any two of the motor coils in the control cabinet with their wiring positions (i.e. phase sequence).
2. The main circuit has power and the secondary circuit has no power
Phenomenon: when the power supply is supplied and the power indicator on the cabinet is not on, the control in the cabinet fails
Solution: there is a secondary short circuit protection function in the cabinet, which is protected by a small single switch. If the switch is not closed, the secondary circuit is equal to no power supply.
The control circuit of the cabinet is divided into 380V and 220V, usually 220V. Check whether the zero line is connected and firmly connected.
3. The water level controlled in water supply and drainage is too deep, and the water level controlled by a floating ball is inaccurate
Phenomenon: the control cabinet and float ball have been installed. Before reaching the set water level, the control cabinet will automatically start or stop.
Solution: if it is controlled by a floating ball, it may be inaccurate because the controlled water level difference is too large. At this time, two floating balls should be used to control, one high and one low.
4. Reverse liquid level control
Phenomenon: during water supply (drainage), when the water tank is full (no water), the control cabinet starts to work. When there is no water (the sump is full), the control cabinet stops and the use is the opposite.
Solution: according to the instructions of the float switch, that is, normally closed for water supply and normally open for drainage, rewire the float line.
5. Wrong connection of star delta decompression starting motor line
Phenomenon: the motor starts normally, but when it turns to operation, the motor suddenly stops or the air switch is disconnected.
Solution: turn to the motor stop in operation, check whether the wiring of motor terminals conforms to the wiring diagram according to the wiring diagram, and readjust the wiring after verification.
When turning to operation, disconnect the air switch and check whether all the connecting copper sheets on the motor wiring terminal are removed or whether there is skin damage in the middle of the connecting cable.
6. Insufficient self coupling decompression starting torque
Phenomenon: when the self coupling decompression starting box is started, the starting torque of the motor is not enough and cannot rotate.
Solution: check whether there is phase loss.
For heavy load starting, change 65% tap of autotransformer to 80% tap. The routine is 65%.
7. One for use and one for standby direct starting cabinet below 15kw, unable to fail over
Phenomenon: during test fault switching, remove a wire arbitrarily from the coil of the main control AC contactor of the main pump, but it cannot automatically switch to the standby pump.
Solution: the normally open contact of thermal induction of thermal relay is used as the fault signal for the fault signal of one for use and one for standby control cabinet below 15kw. During the fault switching of the solid state test, the "97" and "98" of the thermal relay are not connected, resulting in a man-made fault test.
