1. Energy conservation
Compared with the traditional control motor, the energy saving of the self coupling step-down control motor is of the most practical significance. The working condition of the motor supplied according to the demand of water injection and oil delivery is economic, which can save 48.8% of electricity.
2. Operation cost reduction the operation cost of traditional motors consists of three items: initial procurement cost, maintenance cost and energy cost. Among them, the energy cost accounts for about 77% of the motor operation cost. By reducing the energy cost by 44.3%, coupled with the reduced impact on the equipment after variable frequency starting, the amount of maintenance and repair will also be reduced, so the operation cost will be greatly reduced.
3. The frequency conversion control system has the ability of accurate pressure control. Match the pressure output of the motor with the water injection required by the system. The output of variable frequency control motor changes with the change of motor speed. One control two: control two water pumps 1 and 2. No. 1 and No. 2 pumps operate at the same time. When starting, after the No. 1 pump starts, the No. 2 pump will start automatically through the time relay.
One control and three control consoles: No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 water pumps. The working mode is the same as above.
One for use and one for standby: control two water pumps 1 and 2. It can work in "No. 1 main and No. 2 standby" or "No. 2 main and No. 1 standby".
Two for use and one for standby: control three water pumps 1, 2 and 3. It can work in three ways: "No. 1, No. 2 main and No. 3 standby", or "No. 2, No. 3 main and No. 1 standby", or "No. 1, No. 3 main and No. 2 standby".
Three for use and one for standby: control four water pumps 1, 2, 3 and 4. It can work in "1, 2 and 3 main and 4 standby" or "2, 3 and 4 main and 1 standby" or "1, 3 and 4 main and 2 standby" or "1, 2 and 4 main and 3 standby".
The above modes are equipped with manual function at the same time. In the manual state, each pump can work independently.

1. When installing the wiring, it must be connected in strict accordance with the schematic diagram of terminal blocks at the letter symbol level. After completion of the connection, carefully check whether the wiring is wrong, and then check whether the actual capacity of the controlled motor is consistent with the capacity controlled by the product. If not, refer to the data listed in each parameter table to reset the current, current action value and protection delay setting value of time conversion device, and thermal relay setting value.
2. Manual operation: when the power is supplied, the power indicator light will be on, turn the function switch to the manual position, turn on the control switch of each sub pump (the switch corresponds to each group of water pumps), turn the water pump operation selection switch to the required position (i.e. select the main pump and standby pump), press the start button, the motor will start, the start indicator light will be on, and when the starting current drops to 1. When the rated current is 5 times, the motor will automatically switch to full voltage operation state, and the working indicator light will be on. Press the stop button, the motor stops working and the stop indicator light is on. If the current conversion multiple is found to be inaccurate during startup, it shall be adjusted on site according to the actual situation. If some control circuits are converted by time relay, observe the time required for the ammeter to reduce the current to 1.5 times the current from starting to motor, and reset the time setting value of time relay.
3. Automatic operation: close the automatic air switch, select the main pump and standby pump, turn the function switch to the automatic position, and turn on the switches of each sub pump. The water pump controller will automatically start the main pump or put the standby pump into operation or stop the operation of the water pump according to the liquid level and through the change of the position of the float switch
4. Fault: when the water pump fails, such as motor overload, phase loss, overtemperature and water leakage of the pump body, the product automatically cuts off the power supply of the motor, terminates the motor operation, and gives corresponding instructions for various faults. If the mutual standby controller is used, the standby pump will automatically switch into operation after any group of main pumps fails.
5. During the starting process of the motor, the operator must monitor whether the controller enters the operation state after starting, so as to avoid damage to the autotransformer and motor caused by too long starting time. For the infrequent water pump controller, such as controlling fire fighting, spray pump and other types of water pumps, it shall start operation and inspection regularly.
6. The autotransformer of the autotransformer step-down starting cabinet is allowed to be started twice continuously from the cold state, with each starting time of 15s and the minimum interval of 20s. The time of autotransformer step-down starting can be adjusted through the time relay according to the power of the motor. The adjustable range of delay time is 15-120s
