2XZ Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump is a two-stage high-speed direct connection structure rotary vane vacuum pump. It has a rotor eccentrically installed in the pump cavity and a rotary vane in the rotor slot. When the rotor drives the rotary vane to rotate, the rotary vane closely adheres to the cavity wall, separates the inlet and exhaust ports, and makes the volume of the intake accumulating cavity periodically expand and inhale, and the volume of the exhaust cavity periodically decreases. 1. The 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump is the basic equipment to obtain vacuum. It can act alone or as other vacuum pumps, such as the fore pump and pre-pump of the Roots vacuum pump. It is composed of Roots rotary vane unit.
2. The air inlet of the pump is continuously open to the atmosphere for no more than two minutes.
3. The pump is not suitable for pumping gas that is corrosive to metals, chemically reacts to the pump oil, and contains particulate dust, or gas with high oxygen content and explosive gas.
4. The pump can be used as a compression pump or a delivery pump.
5. The working environment of the pump: the temperature is within the range of 5℃-40℃, the relative temperature is not more than 90%, and the air inlet pressure is less than 1333Pa, allowing long-term continuous operation.
6. When installing the power supply, connect the wires in accordance with the regulations on the motor's label, and pay attention to the direction of rotation of the motor to be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the support.
7. The diameter of the pipeline of the continuously pumped container should not be less than the diameter of the inlet of the pump, and the pipeline should be short and have few elbows. At the same time, pay attention to the leakage of the pipeline.
8. Focus on checking the oil level of the vacuum pump before each start. It is advisable to fill the oil to the height of 4/5 of the diameter of the oil standard glass when the pump is stopped.
