1. The JZJ2S Roots water ring vacuum unit adopts the high-efficiency and energy-saving 2SK water ring vacuum pump as the backing pump. The JZJ2S Roots water ring vacuum unit has high efficiency, compact structure and no leakage. The 2SK water ring vacuum pump is The mechanical seal has the advantages of standard design, corrosion resistance (304 stainless steel impeller can be used), and high protection level. 1. Understand the components of the gas being pumped, whether the gas contains condensable vapor, whether there is particle dust, whether it is corrosive, etc. When choosing a vacuum pump, you need to know the gas composition and select the appropriate pump for the gas to be pumped. If the gas contains steam, particles, and corrosive gases, you should consider installing auxiliary equipment, such as condensers, dust collectors, etc., on the inlet pipe of the pump.
2. The working pressure of Roots vacuum unit should meet the requirements of ultimate vacuum and working pressure of vacuum equipment. For example, a vacuum drying process requires a working pressure of 10mmHg (absolute pressure), and the ultimate pressure of the selected vacuum pump must be at least 2mmHg, preferably less than 1mmHg. Usually, the ultimate pressure of the pump is selected to be half to an order of magnitude higher than the working pressure of the vacuum equipment.
3. Correctly choose the working point of the Roots vacuum unit. The normal working range of Roots vacuum unit is maximum suction pressure ~ ultimate pressure × 5. Example: The normal working range of JZJ2B150-2.1 Roots water ring vacuum unit is: 6000Pa~125Pa. This working range is the normal working pressure range after the main pump is turned on. The unit has the best efficiency within this working range.
4. Under its working pressure, the vacuum unit should be able to exhaust all the gas produced during the process of the vacuum equipment.
5. Select the appropriate unit configuration according to the actual working conditions. For example: JZJ2B300-4.1 unit and JZJ2B300-2.1 unit have the same maximum pumping rate and ultimate pressure. The difference is that their working range and power consumption are different. The normal working range of JZJ2B300-4.1 unit is 2000Pa~125Pa. The normal working range of JZJ2B300-2.1 unit is 5000Pa~125Pa. Obviously, the normal working range of JZJ2B300-2.1 unit is wider, but it consumes more power. If it can be confirmed that the working pressure of the pumped system is less than 2000Pa, the JZJ2B300-4.1 unit should be selected first to save energy. If the unit is required to have a strong pre-pumping capacity for the system and the unit needs to work at a higher pressure for a long time, it is more appropriate to choose the JZJ2B300-2.1 unit with a larger backing pump.

3. The maximum suction pressure refers to the highest pressure at which the main pump can be started. If the main pump is started above this pressure, the main pump may be overloaded.
4. If the vacuum pump motor, electric contact vacuum meter, and electric control cabinet need to be explosion-proof, please indicate when ordering. The 2BV2 series in the above table should be changed to the 2BV2-Ex series, and the 2BV5 series should be changed to the 2BV6 series.
