W/WY Reciprocating Vacuum Pump is one of the main equipment to obtain rough vacuum. It is used to extract vacuum or other gases from a closed container or reaction pot. It is not suitable for extracting corrosive gases or dust with hard particles and gas.
The structure of W/WY Reciprocating Vacuum Pump consists of two main parts;
  1. W/WY Reciprocating Vacuum Pump mechanical transmission part and gas circulation part. The entire structure of the mechanical transmission part is installed in a closed body, and the crankshaft is supported in tapered roller bearings on both sides of the body.
  2. W/WY Reciprocating Vacuum Pump is equipped with a large pulley at one end of the crankshaft to drive the transmission part. The connecting rod connects the journal of the crankshaft with the crosshead. One end of the piston rod is screwed into the screw hole of the cross head, and the other end is installed in the cone hole of the piston and fixed with a nut.
  3. W/WY Reciprocating Vacuum Pump motor and the small pulley mounted on the shaft drive the crankshaft to rotate through the triangular tape, so that the piston is reciprocated in the cylinder through the action of the connecting rod and the crosshead.
  4. W/WY Reciprocating Vacuum Pump connecting rod crankshaft mechanism moves in the body, the lubricating oil in the oil pool is splashed to lubricate the friction surfaces such as bearings, crankshaft journals, crossheads, and slideways. In order to facilitate the inspection and maintenance of the transmission mechanism, detachable door covers are installed on both sides and back of the machine body, and oil windows are installed on the rear cover to indicate the oil level of the oil pool in the machine body.
