The working process of the SK Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump and compressor and the gas-water separator is as follows: the gas enters the vacuum pump or compressor through the valve through the pipeline, and then is discharged into the gas-water separator through the air guide pipe, and then passes through the gas-water separator. The exhaust pipe is discharged. When the SK Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump is used as a compressor, the gas-water mixture discharged by the compressor is separated in the gas-water separator, and the gas is sent to the system that needs compressed gas through the valve, while the water remains in the gas-water separator In order to keep the water level of the gas-water separator constant, an automatic overflow switch is installed. When the water level is higher than the required water level, the overflow switch is opened and water overflows from the overflow pipe. When the water level is lower than the required water level, the overflow switch is closed. The water level in the gas-water separator rises and reaches the required water level. The working water in the vacuum pump or compressor is supplied by the gas-water separator (tap water can also be used), and the amount of water supplied is adjusted by the valve on the water supply pipe.

When the gas is sucked, the pressure at the suction port is lower than the atmospheric pressure, and the pressure at the exhaust port is equal to the atmospheric pressure, and the gas-water separator has only an overflow pipe. When delivering gas, the suction port is at normal pressure (it can also be in a vacuum state), and the exhaust port pressure is higher than one atmosphere; in order to ensure the delivery of gas pressure, the water level of the gas-water separator is controlled by an overflow switch.
