SZB Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump--Product Instructions

1. Before starting the vacuum pump, check whether the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the rotation direction of the pump. Whether the bearing operation and lubrication are normal. And check whether the packing tightness is proper, and the packing can not be too tight. Normally compressed packing can make the water in the pump leak out in drops. Take the oil-soaked asbestos rope as the auxiliary material, and then pour in the cooling water from the cooling pipe on the pump (connected to the screw hole (16) on the side of the pump body). If there is a steam-water separator, pour it in from the steam-water separator. And check whether the suction pipe connection is tight before turning on the pump.

2. When the vacuum pump is in normal operation, observe whether there is vibration, listen carefully for noise in the pump, and set the temperature of the stuffing box and the bearing (the temperature of the normal bearing should not be higher than the ambient temperature by 350 C, but the working temperature should not be higher than the ambient temperature. Over 70°C). If the temperature is too high, stop and check the cause immediately.

3. When the vacuum pump is used as a water pump for vacuum water diversion, all the air in the water pump is sucked out during its operation, until the water is sucked out of the water pump, the water pump is started, and the vacuum pump is stopped after the water pump works normally, and the suction pipe is cut off The door is closed.

4. After the vacuum pump is stopped, drain the water in the pump body, especially in the freezing season, to avoid freezing the pump. If it is going to be out of service for a long time, it is best to disassemble all the parts of the pump and wipe dry, apply butter or anti-casting grease to the rotating parts, and then reassemble it, plug the suction and discharge ports with wooden plugs and store them in a dry place.
