NL Sewage Mud Pump
NL Sewage Mud Pump--Product overview
this pump is a single-stage single-suction vertical centrifugal pump. The main components are volute, impeller, pump seat, pump casing, support barrel, motor seat, motor, etc. The volute, pump seat, motor seat and impeller nut are cast in pig iron with good corrosion resistance and convenient processing technology.
The impeller is three single-chord curved blades, semi-closed impeller is selected, and malleable cast iron is used, so it has high strength and corrosion resistance; It is convenient to process, good passability and high efficiency.
In order to reduce the weight and reduce the amount of turning, the pump shaft is made of high-quality carbon steel cold-drawn garden steel.
The pump seat is equipped with four skeleton oil seals and shaft sleeves to prevent shaft wear and extend the service life of the shaft.
The submerged pump can be used vertically or obliquely. It covers a small area. The volute needs to be buried in the working medium to work. It is easy to start. It does not need water. The rotation direction should be clockwise from the tail of the motor.
The length of the switchboard is available in various specifications so that the user can choose according to local conditions.

NL Sewage Mud Pump--Instructions for use
1. The power supply used in this pump must be three-phase four-wire system. If there is no grounding wire, it must be installed to prevent leakage. When working, a circuit fuse and switch that are consistent with the motor must be installed nearby to prevent the motor from burning out when the impeller debris is stuck.
2. When the pump is used, it can run without installing any basic device, as long as it leans firmly, and when necessary, it is fastened with a rope to prevent accidents. After starting, the rotation direction of the motor must be checked and must not be reversed for more than one minute.
3. When the sucked liquid contains more weeds, iron wires, wooden strips, bricks and other sundries, it must be removed as much as possible in advance, and methods such as adding wire baskets can be adopted, prevent debris from being sucked into the pump and causing accidents such as impeller damage, jamming and pipeline blockage.
4. The pump body should be given short-term water absorption after absorbing mud and other dirty substances so as to flush the pump body and the inside of the pipeline.
5. When working in the open air, the motor should be equipped with a shield to prevent rainwater from immersing in the motor.
6. At the bottom of the river, the mud suction at the bottom of the pool should be hung on a tripod, and can be placed on a buoy or a boat for moving operations. During earthwork operations, the diameter of the clod crushed by high-pressure water shall not be greater than the 1/3 of the suction port.
7. The speed specified by this pump is the highest speed of the pump and shall not be arbitrarily increased. There is no limit to the use of reducing the speed, but the efficiency is significantly reduced.
8. When the pump sucks thick mud, thick liquid or high lift, and conveys mud for a long distance, the load is reduced, but the load cannot be increased by changing the structure.
9. Generally, it runs for about 1250 hours. Carry out regular maintenance of the pump, remove the pump seat to check the bearing and the sealing condition of the sewage lift pump, clean and replace the butter, and replace the oil seal if necessary, bushes and other parts. Please see installation for precautions for maintenance and replacement of parts. (Mechanical seal is used to transport the pump for about 3500 hours for regular maintenance).
10. When the use is stopped for a long time, the volute should be removed, the parts should be dried, and the relative movement joint surface should be coated with book oil, and stored in a dry place for future use.
