Common types of axial flow pumps

·ZLDB type is a single-stage vertical axial flow pump. Its features are: a. the transmission mode is three-stage transmission, including motor → intermediate transmission shaft → water pump spindle; b. The installation requirements are high, and the water pump installation surface and the motor base surface are horizontal and parallel to each other; c. The motor axis, transmission axis and water pump spindle are on the same line to ensure the concentricity of the water pump. With the horizontal parallelism of the installation surface and the concentricity of the axis, the smooth operation of the water pump can be ensured. Otherwise, the horizontal operation will vibrate. If it is not adjusted in time, the feed pump will bring serious adverse consequences, such as the loosening of connecting bolts, the distortion and deformation of transmission shaft, and accelerating the wear of rubber bearing, shaft chrome coating and bearing box ball bearing, so as to shorten the service life of the pump.

·ZLK type is an open axial flow pump. It has the advantages of light weight, large flow, high efficiency and strong drainage capacity; It is suitable for waterlogging drainage and urban sewage discharge in low-lying areas along the lake, and can be used for irrigation in areas with a lift of less than 3.5m. The pump is a technical improvement based on the original Soviet exhaust pump. The new models include 600ZLK, 700ZLK-2 and 800ZLK-2, which are more scientific, reasonable and stable than the original Soviet exhaust pump. Double rubber bearings are used for positioning to increase the flow and head. The water pump can be driven by flat belt; It can also be driven directly by motor, which can change its working efficiency according to its different matching power, and give full play to the comprehensive performance advantages of the water pump. It is a dual-purpose pump type for irrigation and drainage.

·ZLDB type is a vertical single foundation axial flow pump. This kind of single foundation axial flow pump is the development trend of water pump. It is convenient to install and maintain. It only needs to do a good job in levelness during installation. The water pump is automatically concentric from top to bottom. As long as there is no vibration on the horizontal foundation, there are fewer faults and operation, and the service life of each component is long. When the impeller or lower rubber bearing is repaired, it is not necessary to go into the water or hit the dam. As long as the connecting bolts at the water outlet are removed and the angle bolts are removed, the whole pump can be lifted out of the water for maintenance. When building the pump house, the height of the pump house and the reserved pump size of the installation slot shall be properly considered.
