The pump structure includes pump body, impeller, pump cover, mechanical seal and other components. The pump is equipped with a mounting base to facilitate installation and increase the operation stability of the pump. The pump seal adopts mechanical seal, which has the characteristics of reliable seal and no leakage. The axial force of the pump is balanced by the balance ring set by the impeller. The inlet and outlet flanges of the pump shall be 1.6Mpa, and the pipeline matching is convenient.
XBD-ISG/ ISW single suction multistage segmented fire pump is composed of motor and pump. The motor is Y-type three-phase asynchronous motor. The pump and motor are connected by coupling, which is rigid as a whole and does not need to be corrected during use. The pump is composed of stator part and rotor part. The pump stator is composed of inlet section, middle section, guide vane, outlet section, stuffing box and other parts. In order to prevent the stator from wear, the stator is equipped with sealing ring, balance sleeve, etc. after wear, it can be replaced with spare parts. The rotor part is composed of shaft, middle wheel, balance drum, etc. The lower end of the rotor is water lubricated bearing, and the upper part is angular contact ball bearing. Most of the axial force of the pump is borne by the balance drum, and a small part of the residual axial downward force is borne by the angular contact ball bearing. The joint surfaces of the water inlet section, the middle section and the water outlet section are sealed with paper pads through tension, which can be selected by users according to their needs.
