There are seven models of centrifugal sewage pumps currently produced by our factory: 2'/2PW, 4PW, 2'/2PWL, 6PW, and 8PWL, all of which are modified products, and have the advantages of reliable structure and convenient maintenance.
2'/2PW, 4PW, 6PW, 8PW are horizontal single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal sewage pumps: 2'/2PW, 6PWL, 8PWL are vertical single-stage single-suction centrifugal sewage pumps. It is suitable for pumping liquids with fibers or other suspended matter below 80 ℃ for sewage and fecal discharge of urban industrial and mining enterprises.
PW sewage pump is not suitable for pumping acidic and alkaline liquids and other chemical mixtures with high salt content that can cause metal corrosion. If you must have such special needs, you can use a corrosion-resistant sewage pump.
2'/2PW, 2'/2PWL, 4PW type pumps rotate clockwise when viewed from the direction of rotation. The 6PW, 8PW, 6PWL, and 8PWL pumps rotate counterclockwise when viewed from the direction of rotation.

PW, PWF Cantilever Corrosion-resistant Sewage Pump--Installation and precautions
1. Installation
(a) Remove the greasy and dirt on the base, and put the base on the foundation.
(b) Check the levelness of the base with a spirit level, and leveling with iron wedge is allowed (for the assembled unit, the levelness of the outlet flange of the pump can be used to check the levelness).
(c) Use cement to irrigate the holes of the anchor snails.
(d) After the cement is dry, check whether the anchor bolts are loose, then tighten the anchor bolts and recheck the levelness.
(e) Clean up the support plane of the base, the plane of the feet of the water pump and the motor feet, and install the water pump and the motor on the base.
(f). A certain gap should be maintained between the couplings. Check whether the center line of the water pump shaft and the motor shaft are consistent. Use a thin gasket to adjust it to make it concentric. The difference between the top and bottom, left and right of the outer circle of the measuring coupling shall not exceed 0.1mm, and the gap between the end faces of the two couplings shall not exceed 0.3mm in a week.
2. Matters needing attention
1) The pump inlet and outlet water pipes should be supported, and the pump body should not be used as a support:
2) The outlet water pipeline should be equipped with a gate valve;
3) A general trash rack should be installed at the inlet of the pump suction pipeline to prevent larger stones from being sucked into the pump and damaging the blades.
