Characteristics of mfc201 high precision electromagnetic flowmeter
1) There are no flow blocking and moving parts in the measuring pipe, so it will not cause additional energy loss or blockage. It has remarkable energy-saving effect. It is especially suitable for the measurement of liquid-solid two-phase flow, such as sewage, mud, mineral pulp, coal water slurry, pulp, etc.
2) Only the lining and electrode are in contact with the measured medium. As long as the lining and electrode materials are reasonably selected, good corrosion resistance and wear resistance can be achieved. Therefore, various chemical solutions such as strong acid and alkali can be measured.
3) The installation requirements are low. The front straight pipe section is only 5D, and the rear straight pipe section is 2D (D is the inner diameter of the selected instrument).
