CZ series standard chemical pumps are horizontal, single-stage and single-suction centrifugal pumps. Its size and performance conform to DIN24256/ISO2858 standard.

The performance range of CZ series standard chemical pumps includes all the performances of IH series standard chemical pumps, and its efficiency, cavitation performance and other indexes exceed IH type pumps.

the pressure acting on the shaft seal is balanced by the balance hole on the blade or impeller. The shaft seal can not only adopt soft filling seal (which can be cooled or not cooled), but also adopt single and double end unbalanced mechanical seals with various structures. The ball bearing is durable and the shaft diameter is sufficient to ensure smooth operation. Some specifications of the pump body is designed as a double screw shell to balance the radial force. The bearing frame, including the shaft, impeller, stuffing box, etc. form a combined part, so that the pump body does not need to be removed from the pipeline during maintenance (if the extended coupling is used, the motor does not need to be removed). Flange design adopts 1250.00g kinds of PN16 and PN (according to the difference of materials).
