Introduction to automatic protection functions of submersible sewage cutting pump

1.Under normal circumstances, when the cutting pump is discharging sewage, if too many hard or sundry objects that cannot be cut enter and the system automatically detects that the machine is stuck after more than 3 seconds, the reverse function will be activated immediately for 2-3 seconds, and then the foreign matter will be discharged and the normal rotation will be restored. If the foreign matter cannot be discharged after two consecutive forward and reverse rotations, the pump will enter the protection state and stop working, waiting for manual release. After the elimination, the power supply needs to be interrupted and re-plugged in, and then check again whether the water pump is normal before starting to work. (Ordinary sewage pumps on the market will burn out directly.)

2.Water shortage protection: If the cutting pump runs without water or the water level is too low, the system will automatically enter the water shortage state and stop running. (Commonly used float balls or control boxes are used in the market, which are troublesome to install, expensive for labor, and the control box costs several hundred yuan.) In addition, when the water pump leaves the factory, the system defaults to the water shortage detection time of every 30 minutes per cycle, and other cycles can be customized.

3.Phase failure protection: When the cutting pump is operating normally, if there is a power supply failure, such as a short circuit between the contactor, fuse, terminal power cord or phase line, the system will automatically enter the phase failure protection state to prevent the machine from burning out and wait for manual repair of the circuit to run again.

4.Temperature protection: When the cutting pump is operating normally, if it is detected that the temperature is too high due to overloading or overloading, or the user pumps high-temperature liquid, the water pump will enter the protection state, stop working, and resume working after cooling. The start-stop temperature is subject to the factory setting.
