HOW TO CHOOSE A SCREW PUMP
The screw pump is divided into:
Single screw pump - a pump in which a single screw is engaged and rotated in the internal thread groove of the pump body.
Twin-screw pump - a pump in which two screws are meshed with each other to transport liquid.
Three-screw pump - a pump in which a plurality of screws are meshed with each other to transport liquid.
Below we introduce the selection points of single screw pump:
1. Determine the pressure of the single screw pump:
The maximum output pressure of the single screw pump is determined according to the number of bushing stages, that is, the lead number of the bushing:
1 pole: The maximum working pressure is 0.6 MPa;
2 poles: The maximum working pressure is 1.2 MPa;
4 poles: The maximum working pressure is 2.4 MPa;
Due to the different conditions of the conveying medium, for the medium with severe abrasiveness, please refer to Table 1 to select the series of bushings.

2. Selection of single screw pump speed:
Due to its structural characteristics, single-screw pumps are mostly used to transport liquids with higher viscosity and liquids containing particles, so the choice of the number of revolutions is very critical.
