2yk liquid ring vacuum pump is characterized by high vacuum degree and strong applicability. When appropriate working medium is selected (sometimes the pumped medium can also be used as working fluid), almost all industrial gases can be pumped out. The above pumps have stable operation and low noise, and their energy consumption is 30% lower than that of water jet pump and steam jet pump. Therefore, liquid ring pumps are widely used in light industry, food, medicine, papermaking, electrician and other industries.

1. Depending on the vacuum degree, you can choose:
● in 1.3 × 104~1 × For long-term operation in 105 PA (100 ~ 760 Torr), single-stage SK water ring vacuum pump is selected.
● at 5 × 103~1.3 × Two stage 2yk water ring vacuum pump is selected for long-term operation in 104pa (40 ~ 100torr) section.
● at 1 × 103~1.3 × 2yk two-stage oil ring vacuum pump is selected for long-term operation in 104pa (8 ~ 40torr).
2. Working media can be selected:
● for normal temperature water, the best temperature is ≤ 15 ℃, generally not higher than 40 ℃
● transformer oil or other industrial oil with low viscosity and low saturated steam pressure, the maximum applicable temperature is 60 ℃. Such as vacuum drying in electrical industry.
● for chemical liquids, chemical raw materials shall be directly selected, and liquids requiring low saturated steam pressure, such as ethanolamine, etc.
● in addition to normal temperature water, other working media shall be selected, gas-liquid separator, cooler, etc. shall be equipped, and the dynamic seal of pump shaft shall be mechanical seal. See performance table for detailed performance parameters.
3. Axial seal selection:
● packing seal can be selected for general use.
● mechanical seal shall be selected for occasions requiring no leakage.
4. Material selection of overcurrent parts:
● except for the shaft, other parts are cast iron or copper alloy, which is suitable for pumping non corrosive gas.
● 304 and 316 stainless steel. It is suitable for pumping corrosive gases.
● engineering plastics, suitable for pumping corrosive gases containing acid.
5. If it is necessary to transport gas while vacuumizing, when the pressure at the exhaust port exceeds the atmospheric pressure, it can be selected according to the following scheme:
● if the pressure at the exhaust port is greater than 0.15Mpa, the vacuum pump shall not be refitted, and a special two-stage liquid ring compressor shall be selected. The power of supporting motor shall be increased, and special gas-liquid separator and automatic drainage device shall be equipped.
● if the pressure at the exhaust port is higher than atmospheric pressure but lower than 0.15Mpa, the vacuum pump can be refitted into a liquid ring compressor.
6. System configuration type
● when the working fluid at the outlet is not reused or only partially reused, the open circulation system shall be adopted.
● when the working fluid at the outlet must be reused and cannot be discharged, the closed circulation system shall be adopted.
